With a focus on accessibility, flexibility, and quality, we're committed to making learning more enjoyable, effective, and inclusive. **The Opportunity** As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll have the unique opportunity to be part of arenaflex's growth journey from the very beginning. You'll be trained directly by our founder, Vasco Cavalheiro, and will have the chance to shape the support team's processes and procedures. With a limited number of support requests at present, you'll have ample time to learn our system, get familiar with the product, and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative for arenaflex's online course platform, your primary responsibilities will include: * Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to customers through various channels (email, chat, phone, etc.) * Collaborating with our team to write and maintain comprehensive help center documentation that's easy to understand and navigate * Testing our product, identifying issues, and reporting them to ensure a seamless user experience * Developing a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to provide personalized support and improve our overall service quality **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in native-like English, as you'll be communicating with customers and writing documentation in English * Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally with experience in these areas) * A basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its applications, particularly in setting up DNS for a website using CNAME and CAA DNS records (a huge plus!) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working with online course platforms, software products, or web hosting services * Knowledge of DNS and its configuration * Familiarity with customer support software and tools **Job Perks and Conditions** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive monthly salary of $300 USD (negotiable) * A full-time freelance position with flexible scheduling (8 hours a day, with most hours in the morning and afternoon of your timezone) * The opportunity to work from home, fully remote, and in your own timezone (no need to adapt to our European CET timezone) * A flexible schedule with 20 days of leave per year * The chance to work on exciting projects and contribute to arenaflex's growth and success **Application Process** To apply for this exciting opportunity, please send an email to [email protected] with your CV.
