With a strong focus on safety, simplicity, and doing the right thing, we're committed to creating a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional service to every customer, every time, through continuous calls, digital support channels (chat, SMS text, email, etc.), and other interactions * Performing all assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations * Selling flights and ancillary products and services to meet customer needs * Maintaining KPI performance standards as defined by the arenaflex Customer Support Center (CSC) * Collaborating with the CSC team to resolve customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a timely and efficient manner * Utilizing arenaflex's core values and Soul of Service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to: * Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Possess at least one year of customer service or sales experience * Be able to pass a 10-year background check * Be legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located * Provide a high-speed internet connection to meet work-from-home requirements * Be flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Technical proficiency in working with arenaflex systems/programs/tools, including Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to navigate complex processes while interacting with customers * Ability to navigate concurrent digital interactions with multiple customers at a time * Functional competencies, including: + Ability to find simple solutions to complex issues while meeting performance standards + Ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages + Ability to navigate complex processes while interacting with customers + Ability to navigate concurrent digital interactions with multiple customers at a time * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer * Previous sales and call center experience is preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations * Regular attendance and punctuality **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
