Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations, providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Process refunds, upgrades, and other transactions as needed, maintaining accurate records and adhering to airline policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and industry trends, staying informed about changes and updates to ensure exceptional service. **Essential Qualifications:** Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in computer systems and navigating multiple software applications, with experience in customer service software and airline systems a plus. Adaptability to remote work environments and flexible scheduling, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
