Job Overview In this full-time position, you will work as a Call Center Delegate, providing exceptional customer support to internal and external clients. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Process new patient enrollments and perform data entry tasks according to established procedures and guidelines Handle patient medication requests, refill orders, and resolve issues in accordance with HIPAA rules and regulations Research and resolve missing prescription information, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle data entry-related exceptions Communicate effectively with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via inbound and outbound calls, visits, and messages Investigate, gather information, make revisions, and resubmit claims for processing according to individual plan requirements Provide support to Pharmacy subject matter experts, recognize and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed, and maintain a working professional license or certification Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Basic level computer skills, including startup and shutdown, mouse navigation, and basic software applications Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, creating URLs, using search engines, bookmarking sites, and completing online forms Moderate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing files) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction Advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing files) Knowledge of Spanish and English languages Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
