Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions Provide empathetic and patient support to customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering strong relationships Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Initially, you will undergo comprehensive training from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, for approximately the first two weeks. Please note that rotating holidays may be required as needed.
