Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Process payments securely, maintaining the highest level of data protection and confidentiality. Proactively support customers, addressing their concerns and maintaining our brand reputation through excellent service. Identify and escalate priority issues, collaborating with the team to resolve complex problems and improve customer support. Maintain and improve service quality, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our customer support operations. Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure consistent and exceptional service. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory. B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently. Customer service-oriented, with active listening skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy, demonstrating strong technical skills. Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a full remote or night shift environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
