Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options Offer solutions and alternatives to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the member experience, and to promote positive health outcomes Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacy and medical professionals, to ensure seamless support and resolution of member issues Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and CVS Health policies and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask, and to prioritize tasks effectively.
