Field Sales Representative (Hybrid)
Eastroc Beverage North America, the #3 energy drink company in the world, is coming to North America and is seeking a Field Sales Representative. This role involves driving sales growth and securing market presence in NYC through interactions with distributors, retailers, and consumer promotions at retail. Responsibilities Identify and sell-in new business opportunities and expand distribution channels in C-Store, Indy -Chain and AOM accounts. Solicit new accounts within the distributor assigned territory Negotiate pricing and promotional agreements with key chain accounts while soliciting new business in the independent chain segment Develop relationships with new EASTROC customers (Distributors, retailers, restaurants, and bars) Conduct regular visits to retail accounts to ensure product placement, merchandising and compliance with brand standards Set up and secure promotions in Indy and AOM chain accounts Implement marketing and promotional campaigns at the field level Secure displays, signage, and point of sale materials in all accounts Provide analysis of the category and intelligence to the team Track sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional effectiveness Prepare weekly and monthly reports on territory performance Key distributor leadership bi-monthly meetings Skills Fearless, fun to be around, exciting, self-motivated, hardworking and passionate about selling Ability to identify and sell-in new business opportunities Experience in expanding distribution channels in C-Store, Indy-Chain and AOM accounts Skills in negotiating pricing and promotional agreements with key chain accounts Ability to develop relationships with new EASTROC customers (Distributors, retailers, restaurants, and bars) Experience conducting regular visits to retail accounts to ensure product placement, merchandising and compliance with brand standards Ability to set up and secure promotions in Indy and AOM chain accounts Experience implementing marketing and promotional campaigns at the field level Skills in securing displays, signage, and point of sale materials in all accounts Ability to provide analysis of the category and intelligence to the team Experience tracking sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional effectiveness Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports on territory performance Experience in leading key distributor leadership bi-monthly meetings Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision insurance (company-subsidized) 401(k) with 6% company match Paid Time Off (PTO) & paid holidays Company Overview Pittston Co-Packers is a manufacturer of beverage products.
