We don't think you should have to tick every box. **About the Role** We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in supporting our US offering! As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients and brands have a smooth-sailing process when utilizing everything arenaflex has to offer on the B2B side of our business. You'll be working closely with internal teams such as Design, Customer Success, and Advertising teams to deliver exceptional customer support. **Responsibilities** * Ownership of internal support tasks including media scheduling and offer management * Scheduling booked media campaigns inclusive of collecting assets, confirmation of booked dates, sending approvals to brands * Dealing with offer management requests such as scheduling boosted offers, creating additional offers, resolving code issues/codes running low and updating image offers * Ensuring that tasks are completed and adhering to agreed SLA's * Maintaining relationships with clients and communicating around booked media campaigns * Cross collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support **A Little Bit About You...** We're looking for someone with: * Experience working with B2B or B2C clients * Great time management and high organization skills * Experience working cross collaboratively with internal teams * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * Desirable experience with Asana and Salesforce **Benefits** Life at arenaflex is amazing!
