Job Outline and Responsibilities As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting the arrangement and utilization of representative help benefits, manager benefits, and social medical advantages. Your key responsibilities will include: Taking care of inbound calls from individuals and client initiative in a high-volume, quick-moving call community climate. Executing both daily practice and non-routine business support errands, including administrative help, follow-up calls, and different obligations as relegated for the Consideration Accomplice Program. Address asks and resolve issues as a "single resource" based on calls, digital, and written communication. Settle complex issues with and without management intervention. Communicate effectively with all internal partners. Required Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: 4 years of client assistance and call center experience. 4 years of involvement with a social, mental, or human help field, providing client support. Essential PC information, including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Teams, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Work-From-Home Requirements To work from home as a Customer Support Associate, you will need: A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, in a room with a door that closes, to maintain part confidentiality. A reliable computer and internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 400mbps and upload speed between 10-20mbps. A broadband or fiber association, with a 4-port modem set up by your internet service provider. Ability to sit for long periods, with dual screens and a headset. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 4 years of Social Wellbeing experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
