About the Role: Senior Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home, navigating complex healthcare claim calls from providers and ensuring seamless resolution. This is a full-time position, requiring your availability from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm CST, with occasional overtime as needed. You will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. Primary Responsibilities: Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers, utilizing multiple computer systems and platforms to verify data and information necessary for processing. Engage with providers through active listening and clear communication, resolving issues and documenting required information in computer systems. Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and knowledge of healthcare systems. Requirements for Success: To thrive in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills. Working knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new and complex systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with providers and internal stakeholders. The ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and focus in a highly detailed and repetitive task environment. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous: 1 year of experience in a related environment, such as office, administrative, clerical, customer service, or healthcare. Healthcare experience, providing a deeper understanding of the industry and its complexities. Telecommuting Requirements: To ensure your success as a remote worker, you will need: To reside within the CST or MST time zone, enabling you to work seamlessly with our team and stakeholders. A dedicated work area that is secure, private, and free from distractions, with a reliable high-speed internet connection. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with care, adhering to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy. Soft Skills for Success: In addition to technical skills, you will need: Empathy and compassion, enabling you to de-escalate calls and respond to customer needs with sensitivity and understanding. Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to research issues using multiple information sources and think critically.
