Your responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal * Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported * Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions * Using Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Preferred Experience** While we're open to candidates from various backgrounds, we're looking for someone with: * Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information * Experience working in a customer service role * Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A customer-centric approach to problem-solving **Why arenaflex?** We're not just a company – we're a community.
