Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding support and deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our users' needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. If you have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and experience with support platforms and social media channels, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to all customer inquiries and support requests across multiple channels, including phone, voicemail, in-app and web messaging, email, and social media, to ensure positive customer experiences * Managing ID verifications, ACH requests, chargebacks, and other day-to-day operational functions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction * Collaborating with internal functions and external third parties to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer support * Continuously building and maintaining expert-level product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our users * Communicating with customers via social media, app store reviews, and other channels to ensure a positive and engaging experience * Managing payment processing systems and dispute resolution, including ACH, credit cards, chargebacks, and other related issues **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Prior B2C high-volume support experience, preferably in a customer-facing role * Proficiency with customer support platforms such as Helpshift or Zendesk * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to cater to our diverse user base * Experience communicating with customers via social media, app store reviews, and other channels to ensure a positive and engaging experience * Familiarity with payment processing systems and dispute resolution, including ACH, credit cards, chargebacks, and other related issues * Willingness and ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, including evenings and overnight shifts, to meet the needs of our users **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and provide accurate solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless customer support * Ability to work collaboratively with internal functions and external third parties to resolve complex issues * Strong product knowledge and ability to continuously build and maintain expert-level product knowledge **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience working in a mobile lottery app or gaming industry * Familiarity with lottery games and regulations * Experience with customer support software and tools, such as Helpshift or Zendesk * Bilingual proficiency in additional languages to cater to our diverse user base * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
