About Our Team Our Deals and Channel Methodology and Tasks associations are the backbone of arenaflex, generating the revenue and projects that fuel our ongoing innovation of products and services. The Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures group is responsible for transforming the way we create new sales enablement experiences for staff at arenaflex affiliates worldwide, across countless retail locations. We are now seeking a talented and entrepreneurial individual to join our team and support the development and delivery of a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff, aimed at elevating the sales experience. Job Overview In this role, you will act as the Content and Client Experience expert for our most critical new Sales Enablement program. You will focus on the client experience and challenge traditional approaches to working, ensuring that the team can deliver the best product at scale and on time. You will collaborate across regional and global teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Sales Enablement. Your responsibilities will include mapping out the customer journey, orchestrating content from various sources, developing a style guide, and participating in rapid prototyping and testing. Key Responsibilities: Map out the client journey and collaborate with program managers on the best ways to meet goals. Orchestrate content from various sources, ensuring consistency and quality. Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all association content, and track what parts are performing well and which ones need to be updated. Participate in rapid prototyping and testing, using data-driven insights to inform content strategies. Collaborate with our IT and Product Management teams to develop innovative solutions that will enhance the customer experience, improve sales, and drive business growth. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong preference for experience working in a geo-distributed environment. Profound experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to achieve increased sales. Comprehensive understanding of arenaflex product features, benefits, and applications. Exceptional analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex metric client experience data into effective content strategies. Past experience with content management tools, with Adobe Experience Manager being a plus. Flexibility, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and a capacity to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of projects. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a rapid prototyping environment. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and inform content strategies.
