Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support in a timely and professional manner. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. Accurate Record-Keeping: Document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up, allowing us to continuously improve our services. Collaboration and Escalation: Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights to assist in improving our products and services, helping us to stay ahead of the curve. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new features and services to provide accurate information to customers, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to excellence. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike. Technical Skills: Experience with live chat tools and CRM software, as well as proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support. Interpersonal Skills: Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers, building trust and loyalty. Financial Requirements: 3+ active savings/checkings bank account is a MUST. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Experience in a similar industry or with similar products/services. Certifications: Relevant certifications or training in customer support, sales, or a related field. Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable).
