No previous experience is required – we train you to succeed in this role. **Key Responsibilities** • Communicate with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls to provide exceptional service and support • Answer questions and guide customers through their benefit options, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using internal systems, ensuring seamless communication and support • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset, resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner • Collaborate with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow, ensuring seamless communication and support **Essential Qualifications** • You're 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. • No previous insurance or customer service experience?
