Experienced Customer Success Representative – Education Technology and Support Specialist for College-Level Students

About the Role As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in providing education and support to nearly 3,000 partners, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and solutions and are successful in using them to grow their businesses. You will be the primary point of contact for our partners, providing exceptional customer service, coaching, and advising them on our tools and services. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our partners, understand their needs and wants, and help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Educating and supporting our partners via calls and emails to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and solutions Building relationships with our partners, coaching and advising them on our tools and services, and helping them find success Providing in-the-moment problem-solving, support, and education on our tools, technology, and services Working alongside a dedicated and successful team to achieve common goals Having fun and working hard in a fast-paced and dynamic environment What We Look for in a Candidate We are looking for an emotionally intelligent and curious individual who is passionate about working with people and has a strong desire to make a difference in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, and will be able to build strong relationships with our partners.
