About the Role: Customer Success Manager, Enterprise As a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of high-touch, complex customer accounts. You'll work closely with our largest and most successful trade service companies in North America, ensuring they're leveraging our software to its full potential. Your expertise will directly influence the company's revenue growth, and your innovative approach will help shape the future of the service industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a portfolio of approximately 35 Enterprise customer accounts, each with unique and complex needs. Regularly engage with customers to gather intelligence on their current product usage, identify areas of improvement, and coach them on best practices to maximize value. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customer accounts, delivering a premium and high-caliber experience that exceeds expectations. Collaborate with customers to solve complex problems using out-of-the-box solutions, strategically increasing product value and driving business growth. Identify opportunities to continuously improve the customer experience, both in our product and processes, and contribute to the development of new solutions. Analyze user engagement data to identify actionable insights, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to optimize customer success. Organize customers into appropriate segments for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer relationships. Mentor and support new hires and members of the non-Enterprise Success Team, sharing expertise and best practices to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team. Qualifications and Skills: To succeed as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts at blithequark, you'll need: At least 4 years of combined experience in account and/or project management, with a strong focus on customer-facing roles. Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter mentality, with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, lead, motivate, and work collaboratively with others. Demonstrated capacity for project management, data analysis, and problem-solving, with a strong interest in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Intelligent, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented, with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively, with less than 15% travel required nationwide.
