Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized solutions via phone, email, or other communication channels. Utilize intermediate computer skills to multitask across multiple programs and monitors, ensuring efficient and effective customer support. Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve service goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours (8 AM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday), including the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities as needed. Participate in training sessions, including in-person and virtual training, to develop and enhance customer service skills and knowledge of blithequark products and services. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, or similar environment. Must reside within one hour of Oriskany, NY, to ensure availability for in-person training and potential on-site work requirements. Demonstrated flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers and the business. Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a call center or customer service representative, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Familiarity with dental or other insurance products, or previous experience in a related field, is highly desirable. Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare environment is an asset. Strong keyboarding and computer navigation skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information and resolve issues. Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers through empathy and understanding. Experience using Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software is a significant plus.
