Role Overview As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. Your goal will be to create a positive and memorable experience for each customer, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with blithequark. Key Responsibilities Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that each customer feels heard and supported. Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive business growth. Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, finding solutions that meet both the customer's and the company's needs. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and that our services are continuously improved. Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers to contribute to the team's success. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. You must also have access to a consistently stable internet connection, as this is a remote position. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and team members through various channels. A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members is also crucial, as we work together to support business and customer needs.
