Key Responsibilities Design and develop innovative gameplay mechanics, features, and storylines that align with the project's vision and goals Collaborate with the cross-functional team, including artists, programmers, and producers, to ensure a cohesive and engaging gameplay experience Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitch ideas, and execute on them to continuously improve the game's design and overall quality Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including mechanics, story, and guidelines, to ensure that all team members are aligned and working towards the same objectives Hands-on engine work, including scripting and utilizing systems, to bring the game's design to life Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to receive feedback and guidance on your work Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for video games, particularly strategy games, and a solid understanding of game design principles.
