Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. Your goal will be to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Manager. Key Responsibilities Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support. Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s relationship with the brand and drive business growth. Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers’ needs, while also being mindful of the business’s bottom line and making decisions that balance these competing interests. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that the needs of the customers are being met and that our services are continuously improved. Expected Hours and Work Arrangements The expected hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 2 pm to 10 pm EST. Please note that these hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business, and you may be required to work flexible hours or adjust your schedule as needed. This role is hired on an “at need” basis and will be hired initially as a temporary role. However, if there is a need and you meet or exceed established service level agreements, there is an opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers. A passion for and understanding of the blithequark brand, customers, and products, with the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to customers and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools and technologies used in customer service. A strong understanding of the industry and market trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
