About the Role This fully remote position is designed to provide customer service support over the phone, ensuring timely and accurate assistance to our valued customers. As a Customer Solutions Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling jobs, and dispatching technicians. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Initiate outbound phone calls to customers for scheduling service calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication. Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and transparent manner. Dispatch the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference, utilizing our Service Titan & ClearPath software. Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information to ensure a seamless experience. Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other job-related details to ensure efficient job execution. Ensure accuracy of customer details, including name, phone number, and address, on all scheduled calls to prevent errors and miscommunication. Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers within blithequark, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Interact with service technicians and customers from residential to commercial, providing excellent customer service and support. Take on other duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and commitment to the team's success. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) as a minimum educational requirement. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a similar industry. The ability to live in Illinois and commute to McHenry, IL for initial training (though the role is fully remote thereafter). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to our software systems, including Service Titan & ClearPath. Attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment. The ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to customer needs. The ability to work from home efficiently, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions. A willingness to work nights and weekends as required by the role, demonstrating a commitment to meeting customer needs. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Previous dispatch experience, which can be beneficial in understanding the intricacies of job scheduling and technician management. Experience in the plumbing, electric, or HVAC industry, providing a deeper understanding of the technical aspects of our services.
