About the Role The Customer Solutions Architect position at blithequark is a critical role that involves helping current clients gain maximum value from their blithequark Cloud deployment. As a key member of the post-sales team, you will work closely with the Sales Director and Solutions Architect to monitor an existing book of business, lead technical discussions with clients, identify new data challenges, and showcase the capabilities of blithequark Cloud through live demos and technical workshops. Your primary objective will be to drive customer satisfaction, resulting in renewal and expansion among existing clients. Internally, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that blithequark continues to build products that solve real problems and delight clients. As an integral part of the early Customer Solutions Architect team, you will contribute to the development of processes and playbooks, helping to shape the future of the company. This role is based in Dublin, with a hybrid or remote work arrangement, and requires fluency in German. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients, proactively monitoring account health, product adoption, and utilization to identify opportunities for expansion and potential churn or contraction risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within client accounts, understanding their analytics needs and use cases to determine where blithequark Cloud can help them achieve their goals. Improve customer loyalty and retention through educating clients on new products and features, as well as existing products and features that they may not be utilizing. Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects on client accounts, providing strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewals processes. Participate in cross-functional activities, including product discussions, process improvements, and knowledge sharing. Create and deliver external-facing content, such as live events, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other content, to showcase blithequark's expertise and thought leadership. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a post-sales role, such as a technical account manager or Customer Solutions Engineer, or as a data practitioner. A solid technical background, with a firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures, the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency. High degree of comfort presenting to various stakeholders or audiences, ideally with experience in an externally facing role. Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet when engaged in client conversations. Desire to be part of a team, both as an active member of the Post-Sales Solutions Architect team and in day-to-day work with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects. Openness to travel, with a willingness to attend external and internal events, as well as build in-person relationships with clients and colleagues. Fluency in German. Preferred Qualifications dbt certification or prior experience with dbt, which will be highly beneficial in this role. Basic Python competency and advanced SQL knowledge. Experience with ancillary tools, managing data infrastructure, APIs, and other related technologies.
