With a global team of over 8,500 people, we're united by our mission to bring joy to life through the power of play. **Job Summary** As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering highly technical services while building positive customer advocacy and value of our Oasis 360 suite of products. You'll work closely with our Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Management, and Gaming Systems Teams to advance our product portfolio position in our customer base. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer experiences, driving product utilization, and improving overall customer loyalty and satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with customer onboarding, product implementation, and training to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our products * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular scheduled visits (onsite and virtual), responding to inquiries, addressing issues, and providing guidance on product features and capabilities * Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improving product adoption and customer success * Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they're maximizing the value of our products * Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer relationships and expectations, as well as identify opportunities to drive customer expansion and retention * Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information in our system * Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to inform product roadmaps and prioritize feature enhancements * Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform customer success strategies and tactics * Work with the blithequark Support Center on solutions as the subject matter expert * Travel up to 70% of the time, with the ability to travel with little or no notice, obtain a passport, and travel to other countries for extended periods **What We're Looking For** * 2+ years of customer success experience in the gaming/gaming systems industry, with a strong ability to guide onboarding, training, and long-term client relationships * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing both virtual and in-person interactions * Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand and explain complex software systems (e.g., Oasis 360 suite) * Analytical skills to monitor customer usage data and identify trends, opportunities, or areas of concern * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and resolve issues under minimal supervision * Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams * Experience with CRM systems for managing accounts and maintaining accurate customer data * Ability to interpret customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product development * Industry awareness, with knowledge of gaming systems or a willingness to learn quickly * Flexibility and availability for travel up to 70% * Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively **Why Join blithequark?** * Competitive salary range: $59,500 - $110,500 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of gaming solutions in the online RMG market * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a global team of over 8,500 people * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to the latest technology and tools to support your success **Travel Expectations** Up to 75% of the time, with the ability to travel with little or no notice, obtain a passport, and travel to other countries for extended periods. **Pay Range** $59,500 - $110,500 per year, with a focus on paying a market-competitive salary near the median of our pay ranges. **Additional Information** * Depending on the nature of your role, you may be required to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate. * At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.
