About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist working from home for blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Handling a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound calls, providing personalized support, and resolving issues efficiently. Confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data to ensure seamless customer interactions. Utilizing your problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations and exceed customer expectations. Working a set schedule and structured day, with opportunities to work additional hours or varied shifts. Reporting to an assigned Supervisor and collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various customer styles and needs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and navigate multiple systems. A reliable and self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, with a compatible headset and high-speed internet connection. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required. Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia. Fluency in Spanish and English for Bilingual Specialist opportunities. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can enhance your application: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Training and Support At blithequark, we're committed to providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll participate in: A paid training period, with attendance and participation required. A structured training schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET, for six weeks. Ongoing coaching and feedback from your Supervisor and team.
