You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety policies and standards, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service to customers, actively seeking out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services * Learn about products and services using our tools and training programs, and provide accurate and timely information to customers * Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments * Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe * Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty * Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments, to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences * Participate in sales training programs and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their benefits and features to customers **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
