About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our Health Texas project by providing customer care and enrollment services for health benefits via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. This is a full-time, hourly position that offers a fully remote working arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in El Paso, TX. Our call center is open from 7:15 am - 5:30 pm MST, Monday - Friday, and you will be scheduled for 8-hour shifts within these hours. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center setting Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services Record customer interactions and transactions by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy Address customer inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns Navigate multiple computer systems and add appropriate documentation to the systems while speaking with a customer Perform data entry accurately Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience Program-specific requirements include: High School diploma or equivalent 6 months of customer service experience preferred Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX (Must live in Texas) Home Office Requirements To work remotely, you will need to meet the following home office requirements: Reliable, high-speed internet service Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds Must be a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber Services that connect via a cellular network (mobile hotspot, fixed wireless, etc.) or satellite are incompatible Must be able to connect your computer directly to your modem or router via ethernet cable, Wi-Fi connections are not allowed Quiet and distraction-free workspace blithequark will supply your computer equipment Why Join blithequark?
