Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree in a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems. Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
