Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls related to billing inquiries and provide timely resolutions Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to customers Make personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC) Accurately code sales and maintain detailed records of customer interactions Must-Have Qualities and Capabilities To succeed in this role, you should possess: Familiarity with company processes and policies Clear, confident, and professional communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers Understanding of "client call flow" and ability to manage client needs effectively Assertiveness to promote additional products and services Empathy and a sincere desire to assist and prioritize customer needs Tenacity to understand and deliver on customer requirements Telemarketing Experience While not mandatory, having telemarketing experience is highly preferred. If you have a background in telemarketing, you'll be well-equipped to handle the sales aspects of this role and drive business growth.
