Job Summary We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, balancing your priorities in and outside of work while delivering exceptional service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide personalized support, helping our members better understand their coverage and options, and simplifying their health care experience. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and options Take inbound calls, answering questions and resolving issues related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups Receive comprehensive training to upskill and support you in assisting with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Offer solutions and support to help simplify our members' health care experience, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine concern for their well-being Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications A High School Diploma or equivalent experience Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent experience At least 6 months of health care experience Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, expressing assurance and confidence in your interactions with members Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and supporting business objectives Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues and provide solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in your work Ability to adapt to changing business needs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our colleagues.
