Job Overview This role is designed to provide specialized support for network framework and internal desktop systems software and hardware. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for introducing, arranging, and investigating desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining passwords, data integrity, and record system security. You will also provide technical assistance to computer system users, answering questions and resolving computer issues in person, via phone, or from a remote location. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, project systems, email, and operating systems. Maintain passwords, data integrity, and record system security to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of our systems. Investigate and resolve desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner. Offer assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including but not limited to SPLUS, ETPS2, E2K, and other project systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues that may arise. Travel may be required between offices, including potential locations in TXALG, TXDFW, and TXDAL.
