As a member of our team, you will be part of a unique workforce that prioritizes care and diversity. **Why You'll Love This Role:** * Contribute to a team that supports Lead Specialists in delivering a safe and exceptional airport experience to our clients. * Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer service and security, working collaboratively across all capabilities in both areas. * Enjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. * Work from home, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life. * Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and industries. * Participate in mandatory training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent experience across all contact points. * Perform a range of airport-related tasks and support daily operations in areas such as: + Registration and Security + Doors + Move + Appearance (where relevant) * Conduct security checks, verifying traveler records and screening passengers at registration and flight gates (where applicable). * Monitor and observe airport activities, as well as traveler behavior, and report any concerns. * Work closely with and take guidance from Lead Specialists responsible for flight/workspaces/shifts. * Lead regulatory tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight takeoff procedures. * Represent arenaflex by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach. * Promote and sell arenaflex services and products to clients. * Complete mandatory training and development programs by specified deadlines. * Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times. * Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the role. **All You'll Need for Success:** * Minimum 1-2 years of training and earlier professional experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Solution-oriented approach. * Ability to resolve conflicts within time constraints and without compromising. * Capacity to handle pressure and work with minimal supervision. * Strong focus and enthusiasm for interacting with clients. * Representative of the organization at all times. * Well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards. * Willingness and ability to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank, and public holidays). * Dependability and reliability. * Agreement with all arenaflex policies and procedures. * Proficiency in both written and verbal English and German. * Excellent skills in designated areas of Customer Services. * Willingness and ability to attend training in the USA and Europe and successfully complete all applicable training. * Preferred qualifications: Higher education and earlier professional experience. * Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email. * Saber/Qik or other reservation system abilities. **Join the arenaflex Family:** At arenaflex, we value diversity and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the diversity of our clients and communities.
