We're seeking a talented and pioneering individual to join our team in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. **Job Summary:** As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and challenging traditional approaches to working to ensure the team can deliver the best product at scale and on time. You'll collaborate across regional and global teams, including Channel Projects Advancement and Customer Sales Enablement. If you're passionate about customer experience, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Map out the customer journey and work with the program lead to identify the best ways to meet goals * Coordinate content from various sources, including internal teams and external partners * Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all arenaflex content, and monitor performance to determine which content needs to be refreshed * Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure the best possible customer experience * Collaborate with IT and Product Management teams to implement solutions that improve customer experience, drive sales, and enhance overall performance * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of the new tool **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) * 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets * Proven experience in customer experience optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales * In-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex customer experience data into actionable content strategies * Experience with customer service tools, including Adobe Experience Director (or similar platforms) * Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a strong willingness to work in a matrixed environment where collaboration is essential * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High level of integrity, values, honesty, and trustworthiness **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) * Experience working in a similar role at a global company with a strong focus on customer experience * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong understanding of sales enablement strategies and tactics * Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Experience with sales enablement strategies and tactics **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
