You will work from home, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your priorities in and outside of work. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. * Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Use your problem-solving skills to resolve member issues and concerns. * Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to drive business results and improve member satisfaction. * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards. **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience. * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. * High School Diploma or equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience. * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner. * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life. * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence. * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills. * At least 6 months of healthcare experience. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly. * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop their careers.
