This is a full-time remote work opportunity that requires a strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement social media customer support strategies that align with blithequark's business objectives and brand values * Lead a team of customer support specialists in delivering exceptional experiences to customers through various social media channels * Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation * Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement * Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer support specialists * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support **What You'll Bring** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) * 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through social media * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective features and tools * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year certification or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives * Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines * Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks * Ability to foster collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner * Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move depending on the situation * Valid driver's license in the country of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where applicable * This job requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit given by Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.
