About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions Provide clear and concise information to help members understand their coverage and options Offer solutions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records and update member information as needed Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1+ year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, productive attitude The ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Excellent oral, interpersonal, and communication skills What We Offer At CVS Health, we're committed to supporting our colleagues and their families.
