Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service / Tax Preparation Representative - Seasonal working from home, your role will be multifaceted, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients' needs. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assisting customers in preparing their tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to maintain accurate customer records. Offering additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience and driving business growth. Delivering expert customer experiences with a positive and engaging attitude, reflecting the high standards of Concentrix + Webhelp. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: Recent experience in tax preparation, demonstrating your understanding of tax principles and practices. At least 1 year of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. A high school diploma or GED, indicating your foundational educational background. A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home, ensuring you can work efficiently and effectively. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. A desktop or laptop capable of completing PC and internet testing during the application process. High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, facilitating seamless communication and work processes. Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence, as required for this role.
