Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and other inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations. Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Essential Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, particularly in a call center or airline environment. Familiarity with airline reservations systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
