You will be responsible for responding to client requests, resolving issues, and providing product information, while maintaining high standards of quality service and professionalism. and inquiries via phone and chat, providing product information, resolving issues, and addressing client concerns * Demonstrate high standards of quality service, ensuring that every client interaction is positive, professional, and courteous * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, procedural requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to client inquiries * Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction * Maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development * Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, both scheduled and special projects, and maintain punctuality and reliability * Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management * Communicate with clients in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email **Essential Qualifications** * 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry * Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged * Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently * Exceptional written communication skills * Ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume * Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen * Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication * Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations * Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner * Must be computer literate and internet savvy, e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred * Experience in Windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools preferred (e.g., Instant Service) * Excellent Data Entry skills (45-55 wpm minimum) * Must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic shift environment, weekends, and evening shifts may be required **Preferred Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat, beauty and cosmetics, or call center environments * Experience in Windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools (e.g., Instant Service) * Excellent written communication skills * Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations * Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and
