You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our assessment tools, including data and business information systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, as well as providing expert guidance and support to our cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead research and provide input on movement guides for various applications, including data and business information systems * Collaborate with colleagues, thing bosses, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and needs, and distill them into functional requirements and business cases for large projects and initiatives * Develop clear and concise client stories with realistic acceptance criteria, significance of done, and all necessary supporting documentation and information for effective development of solutions * Organize unique data from various sources, analyze, and refine through partner follow-up to ensure issues are identified accurately, and provide possible ways to manage the development of solutions required * Work closely with artists, architects, and experts to collect requirements, set plans, and review designers' work against client/business essentials * Collaborate with other Thing Owners and Improvement Leads to identify excess, recognize inadequate tasks or potential fundamental bugs, and contribute to understanding specific commitment and thing obsolete quality/EOL orchestrating * Pass declarations to partners, separate and file responses, and update Scrum Specialists and Headway Leads regularly to ensure the team creating the thing works effectively and definitively * Advance the thing society within the team and the organization by recognizing areas for improvement in cycles, trinkets, and work processes * Work with stand-ups with progress gatherings and act as the Scrum Master * Be open for essential 24×7 response for point ability, when required * Remain current with the latest arenaflex IT structure/organizations/applications information, changes, and updates **Essential Qualifications** * Long-term advanced degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree * 2+ years of experience as a Thing Owner or Business Master within software, application, or data development * Previous experience as a specialist, data creator, or BI Designer * Fundamental SQL query making experience * Experience working with data representation tools, Power BI preferred * Some awareness of data visualization and data insight best practices and fundamental data on UX/UI guidelines * Familiar with cloud data stages * Data on Agile Development methodologies * Perception of data, software, and application development, including contributing to their movement guides and lifecycles * Experience and clear understanding of specific bits of knowledge concerning project management, development, plan, UI, and software that translates into decisions on what to make and prioritization of client stories **Preferred Qualifications** * Long-term certificate in an associated field, such as assessment, computer programming, or MIS * Travel or flight-related experience at least an * Knowledge of cloud data stages, ideally Azure * Experience working with Azure DevOps boards or similar tool * Self-assured attitude and comfortable with uncertainty and change **Work Environment** This role primarily works in a professional office environment.
