As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional experiences to our clients' customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls and inquiries, providing solutions to complex problems, and building strong relationships with our clients' customers. **Responsibilities:** * Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns, needs, and build a rapport that will make them feel heard and cared for * Provide essential support in navigating the customer's inquiries and explaining it in simple terms to the customer * Discover solutions using tools and resources to help meet the customer's needs * Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's experience * Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy * Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Requirements:** * 18+ years old and high school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 1 year of customer service call center experience * Self-driven and able to focus on the same task/objective for long periods of time * Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills * High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge * Open availability between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday Central standard time * Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette * Customer-focused personality and the motivation to achieve goals * Must pass background check, including credit review and assessments in training **Hybrid Work At Home Requirements:** * High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed (no satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services) * Must have a hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/responsible for * Dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions * A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone **Benefits & Perks:** * Hybrid work onsite - 2350 Market St in St. Louis, Missouri * Pay is $16.50 per hour + performance-based incentives * Work in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and remote from home Wednesday and Friday * Free secure and gated parking * Access up to 50% of your pay immediately after your shift * Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and other benefits * Pet insurance * Paid training * Hybrid work environment * Opportunity for professional development **About Continuum Global Solutions, LLC** Continuum Global Solutions partners with top companies around the world to deliver customer care services through its global network of contact centers.
