Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the State Disbursement Unit. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures and contact requirements. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity that offers a unique chance to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
