Key Responsibilities Advance a engaging specialist experience through different leaders, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence Lead team gatherings and clusters to convey critical business updates, drive colleague engagement, and ensure timely execution of initiatives Participate in and own the talent review process for all leaders in your group, identifying areas for development and growth Foster bench strength for Pharmacy Healthcare through effective coaching, feedback, and development plans for your leaders Maintain and implement new leadership onboarding initiatives to enhance the career path experience Contribute to Strategic Planning for the business, driving Change Management for initiatives (Open Strategies refinement, Customer Experience Improvement Initiatives, Tweet feedback implementation, etc.) Work with an eagerness to learn, share, and receive feedback, demonstrating a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Quality, Workforce, and Learning and Development, to build trust and establish partnerships Perform various duties as assigned and required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Essential Qualifications 5+ years of multi-channel contact center management experience or Healthcare/Pharmacy Services experience, or equivalent experience Proven coaching abilities that can influence both front-line specialists and leadership BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 5+ years industry experience in lieu of degree) Strong computer and internet capability in a technology-driven environment Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel is a must) Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present information to a group Flexibility with scheduling, as the position may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Knowledge of data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
