As a Customer Service Representative - Specialty Benefits Verification Specialist, you will be part of a global network of talented professionals who are dedicated to providing world-class customer care services to top-tier clients across multiple industry verticals. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative - Specialty Benefits Verification Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Utilizing multiple benefits verification tools to locate benefits and run/adjudicate claims using electronic healthcare record systems * Making outbound calls to contact doctor's offices, insurance, and patients to help process specialty medications and ensure timely delivery * Completing 80% of cases through back-office work and 20% inbound/outbound calls, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs * Effectively handling incoming and outgoing calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gathering patient and order information * Building rapport with patients and discussing therapy changes on targeted medications * Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy * Ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient adherence to specific therapies * Adapting to learn new call types and flexing support in those areas as business needs change **Work at Home Requirements:** As a remote employee, you will be required to: * Have high-speed internet with at least 25 mbps download speed (no satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless carrier hotspot or internet services) * Have a hard-wired internet connection via an ethernet cable to a modem/router that you own and are responsible for * Maintain a dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions * Use a USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone **Additional Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * To be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent * To have knowledge of healthcare insurance, requirements for dispensing prescriptions, educating customers, and conducting routine assessments (a plus) * To possess a professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette * To have a customer-focused personality and a desire to help people * To be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends (may vary based on business needs) * To be willing to submit to a drug test and background check **Benefits & Perks:** As an arenaflex employee, you will enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $15 * Benefits eligibility after 60 days * Access to up to 50% of your pay immediately after your shift * Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and other benefits * Pet insurance * Paid, virtual training * A remote work environment * Opportunities for professional development and growth **Career Growth Opportunities:** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
