This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry-level, evening shift position, with some weekend work. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling high volumes of incoming calls with precision and competence * Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and build trust * Building sustainable relationships through open and interactive discussions * Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools * Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution * Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferred) * Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities * Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees * Strong attention to detail * Exceptional communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively * Ability to work nights and some weekends (1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm - 11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays) **Essential Skills and Competencies** To thrive in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Apple ecosystem software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
