Key Responsibilities Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, ensuring that all products are accurately priced and displayed. Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Remain constantly aware of customer activity, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers and employees. Perform all other duties as assigned, including participating in visual merchandising, maintaining store displays, and supporting store operations as needed. Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height.
