As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate information about blithequark products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications Assist customers with order processing, product requests, and issue resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalations Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring prompt resolution of issues Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to record interactions and gather data Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment Knowledge of blithequark products and a passion for sustainable energy is a plus Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Familiarity with CRM tools and technology Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Work-from-Home Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedicated and quiet workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a computer or laptop that meets blithequark's technical requirements. You will also need to be able to attend virtual meetings and training sessions.
