Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your responsibilities will include: Handling Customer Inquiries : Responding to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Providing Excellent Customer Service : Delivering exceptional support through active listening and proactive issue resolution Working with Confidential Customer Information : Treating sensitive customer information with care and discretion Resolving Issues on the First Call : Striving to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, minimizing the need for follow-up calls Communicating with Customers : Clearly and effectively communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met De-escalating Issues : Calmly and professionally de-escalating customer complaints and concerns Escalating Interactions : Escalating interactions to senior team members or other departments as necessary Tracking Call-Related Information : Accurately tracking and recording call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing Feedback : Offering constructive feedback on call issues to improve processes and procedures Upselling : Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers, where appropriate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Ability to Work Remotely : Comfort and experience working in a virtual team environment Customer Service Experience : At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role Age and Education : You must be over 18 years of age and have a High School Graduate or GED equivalent Technical Skills : Ability to type 25 wpm, comfort with desktop computer systems, and proficiency in Windows operating systems Communication Skills : Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer interactions Problem-Solving Skills : Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Organization and Time Management : Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Work from Home Requirements To work from home with blithequark, you will need: Internet Connection : A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps ISP Requirements : An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of Internet Speed : Ability to provide proof of internet speed, as required Quiet and Dedicated Workspace : A clean, quiet, and dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
