About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, responsible for managing customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional support across multiple communication channels. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to answer customer questions accurately and provide relevant information. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer transactions are handled with care and attention to detail. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using this information to improve our services and customer experience. Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and enhance our customer service processes. Manage a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure that our team delivers exceptional customer service consistently. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time, as this position requires adherence to specific state regulations and requirements. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to efficiently manage customer interactions and transactions. Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve complex customer issues effectively. High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements, including a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi). High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in English, mathematics, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous in this role: Previous experience in a health care or pharmaceutical setting, with knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance plans, and patient-centric care principles. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service technologies, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional results. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations.
